From insight to action

Move from understanding the problem to practising in real life

CBT for social anxiety involves more than information. Mindivate is designed as self-guided, CBT-inspired support for everyday practice: choose a situation, get a manageable step, carry it out, compare your prediction with observable facts and choose the next repetition.

1

Choose a situation

Small talk, a presentation, date, party, phone call, meeting or a situation of your own.

2

Get a smaller step

The challenge is graded to your current level and what you want to be able to do more freely.

3

Review and adjust

Compare your prediction with what happened and choose the next reasonable repetition.

AI and privacy

What Lumi can – and cannot – do

Lumi is an optional AI coach for reflection. It is not a human, therapist or crisis service and may provide inaccurate or unsuitable responses. The feature requires separate consent. Your current message, recent messages in the session and selected context may be sent to Google's AI service through Firebase AI Logic/Gemini. Mindivate's current implementation does not store the Lumi conversation in Firestore.
